Torches and Maintenance items In the unfortunate event of a torch breakdown; please give us a call as your torch may be in stock and ready for same day despatch if required. Technical support When you require help or advise concerning a cutting process, consumables, CAD/CAM programming or machinery you can be sure there is help at hand as all our sales staff have worked within the steel industry as machine operators, CAD/CAM programmers and Technical consultants. Service We have a team of factory trained Service Engineers who are readily available throughout the UK and Southern Eire for breakdowns or routine service visits; this service is available to all our consumable customers.
