Great Britain Delivery Information Goods will be despatched within five working days of us receiving your order, subject to stock availability. Goods despatched on a pallet may take up to an additional 3 working days to be delivered. Your order will be delivered using an overnight carrier service. Please note that this does not apply to weekends, only weekday deliveries. Same day delivery is available, please contact us for further information. Orders over £250 in value, not including VAT, will be delivered at a charge of £5. All orders under this amount will incur a delivery charge of £10. Once again, the above prices only apply to the Great Britain mainland. Places other than the Great Britain mainland will be charged additional carriage. Prices quoted apply to Great Britain only. We have recently renegotiated our carriage charges to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and other remote parts of the United Kingdom so our customers in these parts of the country will now only be changed the normal standard rates. Orders being delivered to Northern Ireland and Ireland will still be charged the extra carriage prices. Confirmation will be made detailing additional charges before delivery is made. Delivery of Palletised Goods: Some of the products we sell are fragile and sending them via a normal carrier service is not viable. We can however offer to deliver these items palletised, which reduces the risk of damage during transit to a minimum. If you are looking at one of these products on our website it will state in the description that it is 'only available for purchase from the Cash and Carry' and/or 'Pallet delivery only'. Orders placed for items to be palletised totalling £350.00 (not including VAT) or over will be delivered free of charge. Palletised orders under this amount will be charged £35.00 per pallet. Pallets will be despatched using a 2-3 day economy service. Once again, the above prices only apply to the Great Britain mainland.
